Spring's definitely coming. This is an interesting time of year when hearty vegetables such as swede and turnip are available at the same time as lighter salad vegetables.
You'll be seeing the last of the clementines this month - enjoy as they are, or spiced with cloves and allspice and served as a compote with breakfast pancakes as a treat.
*Produce is sorted into 'fruit' and 'vegetable' by how we tend to eat them, rather than the technical fruit/vegetable division.
