News just in - e-cigarettes are not recommended if you're attempting to give up smoking - they can increase your risk of heart attack by 80%. A George Washington University study involving 70,000 people interviewed in 2014-2016 found that daily users of e-cigaretts were 80% more likely to have a heart attack compared to those who didn't use them. They also found that using both e-cigarettes an conventional cigarettes was more dangerous than using either product alone.
